What information should I include in an accommodation enquiry?
The most useful details are the location or postcode, how many people need accommodation, the dates you are working to, the expected duration and the number of bedrooms or rooms required. Practical points such as parking, ground-floor access or pets are helpful where they apply.
Can I request contractor accommodation for a team?
Yes. Enquiries for individual contractors, subcontractors, employees and whole project teams are all welcome. Tell us how many people need accommodation and whether rooms can be shared, and we will look at options on that basis.
Can I request insurance alternative accommodation?
Yes. Insurers, loss adjusters, relocation providers and claims or assistance teams can enquire about temporary furnished accommodation for a household displaced by insured property damage. We do not assess or handle claims.
Do I need to know the exact number of bedrooms?
No. An approximate requirement is enough to start. If the number of rooms or the sharing arrangement is not yet settled, describe what you know and we will clarify it with you.
Can accommodation requirements change after I enquire?
Requirements often change as a project or a claim progresses. Dates, occupant numbers and locations can be revisited, and any change is subject to what is available and to the terms of the booking already in place.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We read the requirement, come back to you on anything that needs clarifying, look at suitable accommodation options and confirm an arrangement with you if it fits. Contracting and invoicing are handled by MJ3 Management Solutions Ltd.
